  Hadn’t been here for many years
  Male, when we walked in went out the back
  We had to wait a few minutes till he came
  back. He didn’t give us menus or take drinks order.
  Food was ok two waitresses were very pleasant you have to take your own container if you can’t eat all your food.

  Most disgusting salad I've ever had.
  I ordered a Greek salad with double grilled chicken. The chicken was super dry, and i luckily got 7 pieces hahah What a joke.
  Espresso Martini was literally espresso shot with a shot of vodka in a Martini Glas. Black tea came in a teabag and still made its way to be loose swimming in my cup... 100% NOT RECOMMENDED!

  Andrea was phenomenal with her customer service! Always a great chat when serving and putting a smile on people’s faces with her contagious smile. The younger staff are all amazing, very friendly however would love to see some of the older staff in the gaming room have a bit more of a smile and be a little more approachable. Overall the food is good and a great atmosphere.

  Omg. The best food I have had in here. The chef cooked my lamb shank to perfection. Bella was so wonderful and the manager even came out to say hello. Will definitely be back

  Centrally located pub on Watton Street and houses quite a few patrons. The pub looks a little out of date both on the outside and inside, however, really takes home the win with the food and service. Consistent, decent portions of food served with a smile. Home to many local seniors which is lovely to see.

  Forgot to bring out my balsamic vinegar with my steak and salad. Which they brought it out when I was done with my food.
  Also the fish is very oily have a very small menu with not much options.
  
  Not very happy, would not choose to got there again.

  Was informed on arrival that you order via a QR code now. As a result left to eat elsewhere as I do not have a smart phone! Been a customer to this hotel for 46 years, will not be back.

  Once a great pub with a cosy warm atmosphere and great food but now it's let down with the obsession on cost cutting in the restaurant industry by the ordering of a meal via an app at the table. It's one way to really show the impersonal service of a fast food place in an establishment that once had really great service.
  So no....we won't be back.
  If I wanted to order food via an app I'd stay home and order Uber.
  Oh...and the receipts are not compatible with the Governments dine in cash back promotion. So that's even worse.
  Do better....please!!

  Meal was beautiful. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. The venue is fabulous. But please clean around the taps in bathrooms. They were filthy and that just takes away from a great venue and great experience.

  I couldn’t believe the only way I would
  Get my meal is to use a barcode. Some people are not able to use technology.
  
  We seen so many customer come in and walk out and not a single staff member to assist them.
  
  The meal was nice but the service was shocking
  
  We won’t be back and I don’t think many customers
  Will be back also.

  Great food, recommend booking a table if you can, get in early as once they get busy (most nights) there can be some wait for your food, otherwise great reasonably priced dining
