  $42 for a 5-10 minute hair cut on my three year old son is ridiculous.
  I’ll never come back, and of course they don’t mention a price hike until after the haircut was done.
  
  Everyone, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. For this money you can see a proper barber.

  I got a trim here today, I haven't been there for a few months but they have a new employee who is Blonde, I didn't catch a name unfortunately but is very knowledgeable in hair with 20 years experience. There is another employee who had cut my hair previously and it's unfortunately always uneven but when I go back to fix it they are always nice about it. But yes, this employee who I got served by today is amazing with a great personality as well!

  The worst unfixable haircut i have received! And no communication from the manager about my complaint either ! Was told to get myself a slick stick to stick it down from an employee !!! Wth! The lady thinned my hair to the scalp!!!! I now have spikey patches of hair not in one spot but right through. Very upset

  We called to ask if we will be able to get haircut for 3 people. I called in at about 4.05pm telling them that it will take me 15min to reach the shop, and I specifically mention haircut for THREE people. The lady on the phone said yes , if you come now quickly. I drove as quick as I can and got there at about 4.20pm, went to the shops and she told me she only had time for 1 person. She made me drive all the way to tell me she only had time for one. Then she should have told me she only had time for one and not three. I would not have driven there. Now it's a wasted trip for us. A shop that does not honour what they told the customer has no integrity and cannot be trusted with their service. I will never go this shop ever again. I will also spread words about their poor customer service. I would give 0 stars if I had a choice but the system won't allow me to post if I dont choose a star.
  Learn to honour what you agree with your customers/ potential customers or learn yo apologise. Did not even say sorry. BAD shop BAD staff!!!

  Perhaps it's not fair for me to rate this place since I didn't get my hair cut there.
  
  Plain and simple, just too expensive. They wanted $42.99 for a men's haircut, way more than anyone would expect from a place that's supposed to be a discount barber.
  
  In the end, I ended up finding a place in the same shopping mall that offered haircuts for $15, which did a fine job cutting my hair.
  
  I'm not sure why they think they can charge this exorbitant price, nor do I know who would just accept it and pay the inflated fee, but I refused.
  
  NOT RECOMMENDED.

  Was greeted yesterday with attitude and accusations of queue cutting although I was booked in. The haircut I received was all uneven and lopsided. I went back to the shop and the hairdresser I saw today when going back was lovely and very apologetic but did mention this isn’t the first one she’s fixed up today. Clearly there is a hairdresser that needs further training.

  My teenager daughter went in for a trim we were told $37. Once finished she was asked do you want me to dry it off for you. She said yes as she didn't want to walk around with wet hair. Once we got home I happened to check bank card and noticed she was charged $107 for a cut. I thought it was a mistake and called them, the lady on the phone said I remember your daughter she had a blow dry that's $70 extra. I explained she wasn't told about any extra payment when asked if she wanted it dry. The lady said I will get my manager to call you tomorrow. It's been 3 days and no phone call. (Surprise, surprise) i will be contacting the ombudsman about this, ripping off a teenager you should be ashamed of yourself.

  So I'm not one to complain as I've been coming for years. But the other week I came in and the hair dresser cut most of my hair off and asked her to stop. Now I have to wear wigs but after speaking with head office, they were nice enough to resolve my complaint and I've changed my feedback to a positive one. And since then they have been helpful along this journey

  My kids wanted a haircut so we looked at their website to make a booking. Found out that no booking is required, walk ins only. So we went there, did a self check in. Received a text about 15 mins later that it’s our turn and we should make our way to the salon, which we did straightaway. Upon arrival, found out there were few more people waiting, no problem we lined up and waiting. After 20 mins found out a lady who entered much after us was already getting a cut. I went to the staff and asked them politely what is the procedure? I don’t think they have any idea about customer service as she asked me if I would like to help her do the hair cut so she can be faster. Not even once I mentioned about being slow or anything, my question was what is there a procedure for booking so I don’t miss out next time. Never mind, I tried to explain that it seems that you are over promising and under delivering as since receiving the text it’s been over 20 mins and we are still waiting. My little kids were getting tired, not to mention no place to sit and seeing an unapologetic staff throwing personal comments is not a good experience. You may have the best hairdressers( only assuming as I didn’t get to use your service) but your staff don't know or care about customer service, which is such a shame as usually salons are known for great customer service. If I could, I would leave 0 stars.

  Went on Sunday for a hair cut. Reasonable price and friendly staff. Pawner helped me to choose the haircut, and I was so happy with her service. I will always go there for a haircut.

  Cynthia did a wonderful job on my 2 year old's first hair cut today... I was anxious and worried how my son would behave and if he will be scared. But he was cool as a cucumber and Cynthia did an amazing job...
  Customer service too was very good. They helped me clean him up after and just waited with patience while I changed his clothes and then went to pay... busy place too but the wait wasn't too bad...
  On the whole it was a pleasant experience with a great hair cut for my 2 year old son...

  I really disappointed with the kind of service they provided me last time. I often visit Just Cuts just because of the kind of service irrespective of the price they charge me. But the lady who did haircut for me concentrated more on selling their products than haircut. It's is not even worth to pay 10$ for the haircut she did.Completely Worst than buzz cut. Hope they will concentrate more on what we want than making money from us.
