    Unfortunately the staff member could not speak English very well at all. Very hard to understand. The problem could not be resolved due to communication problems.

    My Mid range modest gaming PC suddenly gave me the blue screen of death and was extremely slow then wouldn't turn on.
    I tried the solve the issue myself but it could not have been software.

    Something had failed.
    In a afternoon they Identified and fixed the problem
    (motherboard failure) and I had the computer back that night.
    Also decided it was better to do a slight upgrade on a new board and cpu, and the pricing was close to the range of the Big computer shops in the south east.

    If you have a real issue CT computer most likely can fix it.
