Spent so much time chasing them up to get something done which was a matter of utmost importance and ultimately you will end up calling them dozens of times a day to check the status of what youre after. But they will never miss calling you and processing the fee before a counselling session. Ridiculous service! Definitely do not recommend

It seems she just didn't want to listen to what I had to say and would dismiss everything as normal. She made me feel worse, i wouldn't recommend this place at all.

100% recommend this place.
Obviously you get good and bad eggs wherever you go, but so far, I have not had an issue here.
