The person told me someone would available for next day and would call me to tell exact time person would come in. But come next day midday I get a call that they cannot do it Tuesday. And I am not home on other weekdays and they don't work on Saturday or late evening I had no option but cancel the appointment which takes me back to square one.

Matt and his team were in and out in under an hour leaving us with a nice new gas water heater system. Workmanship is top class and neat as well. No dramas no surprises whatsoever - highly recommended! Will call them again for related issues in the future.

The boys are really nice friendly guys and approachable and easy. Quality workmanship. Any probs questions you ring David and get a prompt concise response, no stuffing around. Can't recommend them more highly. Great guys to deal with, ethical and at a fair price. Will use again and again.
