  Still waiting for my order from last month, you say it's still in progress with your warehouse team, like serious it's been over a month now, you won't even process my refund. Please I contacted you numerous times. I don't want your vouchers thanks

  Service did not exist much at all. As for credit notes and exchange are not a good idea I won't be back at any Autograph shop in a hurry.

  I just want to let people know about the service provided or not provided. I purchased online a coat 50% off and some trousers. After not receiving any email confirmation of my order I contacted customer service they tried to send confirmation but still nothing came through. 8 days later still no confirmation and the trousers arrive. So I call again to be told that the jacket is out of stock and I was given a full refund as they had no idea when it would be available. 2 days later I walk into my local store to find exactly what I ordered now back at full price. I told the shop assistant and she just appollogised but offered no solution. So disappointed with the service provided I don't think I will ever purchase from them again.

  1 star is generous. This company has an Online store that is atrocious
  - vastly delayed orders compared to shipping times.
  Cannot contact a real person - only automated emails that make no sense.
  Cannot access your account to see what is happening with your order.
  A package arrived 2 months late & it wasn't my order! I now have to organise a return to them that they can pay for.
  Would never recommend anyone shop at this brand or any other brand associated.

  I prefer to shop online, but had to return items I had purchased online and there were no hassles. Good customer service.
