  Lovely salon and great treatments, particularly the facials. I also like that they let you enjoy treatments without pushing products on you at the end - added bonus! Gagan is a lovely lady, very nice and welcoming. She is a real professional and does an awesome facials. The pricing is fair, very clean salon with a great atmosphere spiced with a relaxing music.

  Really bad customer service . Hardly answer their phone and when answerer never try and fit you in even if it's minor brow threading even though they work from home . Always have stupid excuses as to why they can't do a certain service
  And I had my brow threaded from the other lady not gagan and honestly she ripped so much of skin as she was pressing so hard on to the skin as if I had taken some of her money and hadn't payed her back and she was taking revenge for it .
  Honestly waste of time with these ladies
