The cleaning contractor they sent to the property next door to my house, backed over my mailbox and then left without even owning up to the incident. I rang them to complain but they will not assist in having my mailbox fixed. They did however give me the phone number of the cleaning company responsible, passing the buck, so now I have to spend hours chasing this guy! I quote the property manager "this is something you will have to sort out between you and the cleaner" Why is it my responsibility? McNaughton should be held responsible as the principle contractor and sort this out. They like any reputable business would surely do their due diligence and only hire contractors with insurance right?
