  I visit the Shoe Dept often and I have always found Van to be extremely helpful, polite and professional in her dealings with myself and other customers. She goes out of her way for her customers no matter how busy the department is. Thank you Van for all that you do. I appreciate you.

  What a bloody disgrace!!!!
  I rang 40 minutes in advance and enquired if your store had Remington Hot Hair Curlers. I was told "yes we do and they are $44.90 at the moment with our sale." I said that I was driving there and see you soon.
  
  On arrival, I searched for the hot hair curlers and could not find them. I waited and looked and waited for SOMEONE that worked on the top floor to enquire where are these curlers. Eventually, I decided to line up behind several people at the counter and it was finally my turn.... I was told that maybe there is one out the back as we only have one. The young girl left for approx. 10 minutes to return and tell me you can only have the one on display.
  IF....... I was told that when I rang 40 minutes prior, I would have said no thank you.
  
  all in all I have to say that, your young staff on the top floor in Myer Werribee Plaza are rude with little customer service and treat the customer with little regard.
  
  I walked straight out and entered Big W and gave them $50.00 for the same product but their service was professional, quick and there product on the shelf.
  I promise, I will NEVER enter your store again
