  Decided to give this place a go and it’s now an every Friday night thing for my partner and to eat here. The authenticity of this place is as authentic as it gets and the atmosphere is just BEAUTIFUL! It’s very simple and it has that old school home feeling like you’re sitting in your own dining room that you grew up in. The food is beyond Amazing, I was not a Mexican foodie before and after eating here I don’t think I can have Mexican anywhere else. There is close to no background noise which I love, for example, loud traffic, the banging in the kitchen and the phone going off! It just has that calm relaxing atmosphere. The staff are amazing and the waitress recognises their customers with a warm welcome and that’s something I appreciate. Always 100% with food and service! Great place!

  They open 5.30pm. We arrived 6.10pm. & waited 1 hour for our food. We only ordered 1 course & were about to walk out as very little food was coming out of kitchen. Owner just kept repeating 'everyone came at once'. He was very rude to my husband who asked for chicken & steak fajitas only to be corrected by owner that he should have asked for 'mixed' fajitas! The food is good, but very noisy when restaurant is full.

  Went to Salsa in Werribee last week
  
  There was only one waitress on and she was run off her feet. The owner and his wife kept yelling at her, she was doing a great job considering the pressure she was under.
  She went outside crying and when we spoke to her she said it was her second night working there, they gave her $60 and told her when she comes back on Thursday she'll be washing dishes. Seriously she looked like she had been working there longer than two nights. She was great.
  We told the owner how good she was before we left. We also told her not to go back and work there as she doesn't deserve to be treated like that.
  As for the food, wouldn't rate it at all, no care in presentation and no real flavour, tacos were filled with lettuce and hardly anything else.
  Won't be recommending this place.

  Manuel is great. Food is absolutely amazing, best Mexican I have had by far, authentic and flavourful. Don’t fall for the negative reviews on here probably by his competitors, the food is top notch!

  Pretty average Mexican restaurant. We loved the corn chips with salsa. The rest of the dishes we tried were tasted ok.

  By far the best Mexican food in Melbourne! its got a pretty good atmosphere too. Its crazy busy on Tuesdays due to a half price deal they have Tuesday nights. My favourite are the tacos and fajitas, but i've been craving their ice cream nachos ever since last time i was there.
