  I was really disappointed for what happened at Wyndham endodontics. My appointment was due on 16 November at 3.30 and I got a call yesterday (17 oct)from the reception (0397497955) that my wife's appointment can be moved forward to 18 October 8.30. So both my wife and I got leave from work and came to meet the doctor Kurien Mamootil and suddenly they are telling us that the appointment is not available and the doctor is not there. It is true that people can make mistakes but the worst thing is that the reception was trying to put the blame on us that we have made a mistake. Then we showed them the number they have called they had nothing to say and said that mistakes often happen and that's how it is. From the way they talked to us it was really disappointing that they don't care for what we lost for that day (we work casually and losing a day is lot to us)and we had to urge them that they need to speak to the doctor about this. We are so disappointed that people are working so irresponsibly and on top of that they don't care about the injustices that happen to us.
